PPG is looking for a **Moonwalk Product & Service Manager, **with a good experience in Product and Project Management, passionate about technology and about delivering excellence support to the Marketing and Sales team across the PPG Automotive Refinish Organization.

The Moonwalk Product & Service Manager will work closely with the Moonwalk Segment Manager and will be accountable for the life cycle of Moonwalk, driving both the day by day product management and the related Aftersales, ensuring proper Service to Moonwalk customers through our supplier Service Partners.

The role will include the support of the definition of customer needs to identify and suggest future improvements of Moonwalk.

**Key Responsibilities

- Being the owner of the Moonwalk Product and Hardware lifecycle, working together with the Moonwalk Segment Manager in coordinating the different PPG cross-functional Teams and suppliers to ensure high quality, regular deployment and Service Support is granted to the Moonwalk.

- Cooperating with the MoonWalk Segment Manager and the Moonwalkers in EMEA to provide daily support to the Teams, ensuring the key information, documents and tools are available to Sell and handle accurately Moonwalk.

- Coordinating the Embedded devices supplier and COROB to ensure alignment for a stable connection and interaction with Moonwalk.

- In partnership with the supplier COROB, ensure that the customers' happiness is kept at maximum level, trough monitoring and ensuring the regular execution of the Service Level Agreement

- Being the reference point and support for the Moonwalkers in the follow up of critical Service cases, facilitating the right information exchange with the Supplier and PPG.

- Tracking Moonwalk Project Sales through the different invoicing and reporting systems, working with the local Customer Service Managers and PPG HQ Oracle functions to provide an updated and accurate overview of MW Project turnover and important metrics, also providing on a weekly basis the reports on Moonwalk installation and turnover.

- Work with the Supply chain and logistic Team to build an efficient and effective ordering and delivery flow to manage the Moonwalk ordering in Extra European Countries.

- Collaborate with the Segment Manager and the Moonwalkers to ensure a successful deployment of the Moonwalk Vans.

- Agree with the Customers, the Moonwalkers and the Moonwalk Core Team to identify the Software and Hardware improvement needed and drive PPG and COROB to develop the future functions and versions of Moonwalk, including participating to projects with PPG R&D for future innovative solutions.

- Supporting the Global deployment of Moonwalk, supporting the PPG Teams from other Regions in Product and Aftersales definition and management when launching Moonwalk and ensuring its regular day by day deployment

- Work with the PPG Product Managers for the definition of the needs in terms of Automatic Mixing solutions for PPG Paint Range, coordinating the activity with equipment suppliers in order to set specification, define prototype, handles test programs, set pricing expectations, comparing competitors offers and definition of desired project deliverables

**Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent field

- 5-10 years of learning experience in product or Project Management, product marketing, business development with technology areas.

- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional Teams to deliver technology related projects.

- Capable to manage several project aspects simultaneously, also under pressure

- Outstanding knowledge of Excel is required.

- Proficient in English, other European languages are nice to have.
