Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for a** Motorsport Concept Car & Performance** to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically reports to the **Head of Racing Cars Development**.
You will be responsible to guarantee the Car Concept definition & the achievement or the performance target regarding Motorsport Project.
- Support the activity of virtual car model creation and simulation together with Lamborghini Squadra Corse R&D department.
- Support the activity of car performance analysis prior and after track events.
- Work on the car concept to build a car layout in order to achieve the best performance.
- Support the activities to implement a robust tyre model.
- Support the activities with the use of static/DiL (driver in the loop) simulator.
- Work with the drivers during the DiL (driver in the loop) and track session.
- Improve the Virtual Vehicle model.
- Improve the general methodology and approach to the LMDh-like cars in terms of layout, simulation and validation of the model.
**About you
- University degree in Software Engineering
- At least 3years of experience
- Experience as Technical Responsible or Performance Engineer in Motorsport Environment
- Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
- Technical knowledge in Motorsport
- R&D Automotive background
- Motorsport Technical Regulation knowledge
- Problem solving attitude
