- Follow product development across all phases to attain the specified performance targets, encompassing the definition of product and process specifications;

- Offer support to local factory teams throughout the entirety of the development process;

- Collaborate with respective headquarters groups to conduct virtual design and simulation activities;

- Direct product design efforts, including tooling of production and establishment of production guidelines;

- Provide assistance in the development of new materials, contributing to the enhancement of product performance and quality;

- Conduct comprehensive product validation through indoor and outdoor testing procedures, ensuring compliance with legal product certification requirements;

- Perform thorough analysis and elaboration of results obtained from testing activities, deriving actionable insights to inform further product development initiatives;

- Oversee the product industrialization process, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and facilitating the transition to full-scale production.

**Requirements**:

- Master's Degree in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Aeronautica/Aerospace Engineering or related fields.

- 3-5 years of experience in Industrial automotive company.

- Preferred knowledge of vehicle dynamics.

- Proficient knowledge of Design Suite (only if with previous experience within the company), Matlab, Autocad.

- Fluency in English and Italian.

- Availability to travel to plants and/or clients with potential impact on weekends.
