Jefferson Wells is looking for a MSL Haematology - Nord West on behalf of a biotech/pharma company (territories: Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria).

The MSL will be responsible for executing strategic medical activities at the regional/area level in alignment with national initiatives and the Global Medical Plan.

Responsibilities include:

Being the first point of contact for any medical/scientific aspect or issue related to the assigned products/TA. Working in tight collaboration with the MSLs Manager, the Medical Director, the medical team, and all relevant company's functions (local and HQ). Efficiently managing the appropriate triage for accountabilities to optimally satisfy customers' needs. Proactively managing medical scientific stakeholders and creating value for patients through engagement, medical scientific projects, and scientific communications. Initiating planned medical activities including scientific presentations, discussion of clinical data and programs, and educational programs. Acting as the point of contact with external experts in clinical trials for adequate scientific support during company-sponsored trials. Identifying, developing, and maintaining collaborative relationships with KOLs and medical scientific experts. Delivering high-quality medical and scientific communication externally and internally in line with defined plans. Contributing to the accomplishment of Pharmacovigilance requirements and providing support to local clinical research programs. Providing field feedback through dynamic stakeholder engagement and supporting the local organization in developing medical tactics. Executing stakeholder engagement plans to ensure that the company's technology is granted access at the local level. Location

This function is typically field-based.

At least 70% of an individual's time may be spent working in the field, subject to local needs and the discretion of the affiliate medical director.
