As MTM Specialist you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer, while joining a dynamic and international environment. Key Responsibilities:Be an ambassador of the brand working closely with our BoutiquesDevelop the MTM business for the assigned area according to the Corporate guidelines by consolidating existing client portfolio and building new commercial networksProvide an excellent client experience, demonstrating a deep knowledge of MTM product and dynamicsDeliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customersEmbody and convey with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge and brand image representationWho you are:Previous experience in luxury retailRelevant experience of 3/4 years in providing MTM related servicesBusiness acumen and commercial mindsetExceptional sales techniques linked to MTM productExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-oriented approachFluency in Italian and English, other languages are considered a plusAvailability to frequently travel across EuropeSelf-motivation with positive attitude and strong work ethicsStrong team player
