THE PROGRAM MTM Talent Program is a special program designed to train young talents in personalization and made-to-measure (MTM) activities, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience, in order to develop the next generation of Made to Measure experts within our Company.
It consists of a 6-month internship, followed by a contract with the opportunity to grow and build an international career in the most dynamic and innovative markets.
If you are a recent graduate or a graduating student with a passion for luxury fashion and bespoke craftsmanship, this is your chance to become a part of the ZEGNA MTM Talent Program team.
WHAT WE OFFER Contract: An initial six-month internship with the potential for a subsequent contract, based on your performance and available opportunities within Regional MTM Departments, either in Italy or internationally.
On-the-Field Experiences: Store visits to observe customer interactions and personalization processes, also taking part to appointments, events and trunk-show; Supply chain plants visits to understand manufacturing and customization integration; Business trips to develop knowledge of local trends and customer needs; Other activities (such as sales and training tool development).
Learning & Development: Comprehensive onboarding, lessons and courses from certified internal providers.
On-the-job learning through the opportunity to interact with different roles and departments, allowing you to experience the full spectrum of the Made to Measure and Personalization process—from product development to client-facing activities.
Support: Throughout your journey, you will receive continuous guidance from a dedicated tutor and HRBP.
Mobility: An international experience to develop your skills and competencies.

How to conduct in-store training and directly sell to end clients.
Principles of collection development.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES You'll have a previous intern/work experience in Fashion&Luxury Industry, better if in a Retail role.
You'll hold a master's degree or be graduating, preferably with a textile, hospitality, fashion, or luxury curriculum.
You must be fluent in both English and Italian.
This opportunity has a strong international focus, where an international background is valued and can serve as a springboard for a global career, with the world as your home.
At the same time, given the close collaboration with our HQ in Milan, ateliers, and product teams, an intermediate level of Italian is required to succeed in this role.
You'll embody the qualities of a great teammate — collaborative, curious, adaptable and proactive.
You'll also be an exceptional communicator — who can effortlessly connect with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and clients.
You'll have a strong passion for the luxury fashion industry.
You'll ideally have previous international experience (Erasmus, internships, etc. )
and you are willing to have an international career path.
HIRING PROCESS Applications will close on end of January.
After one-to-one interviews with HR, shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part to an on-site assessment and proceed to the final stage with the line managers.
Three finalists will begin the ZEGNA MTM Talent Program in March.
