The API Factory engineering services include systems integration architecture, design, security, API delivery, and platform tooling support.

We embrace agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD in a collaborative environment.

You will be part of an Engineering Squad responsible for developing APIs and integration flows using Mule Anypoint Solutions.

What you'll be doing Analysing and developing APIs and integration flows using Mule ESB Anypoint platform and Anypoint Studio Developing framework components within Mule ESB API development using various programming languages and Mule frameworks Conducting code reviews, defect triage, fixing, and unit testing Providing support for integration testing and non-functional testing Mentoring and coaching junior engineers Developing APIs in alignment with banking standards and policies Identifying opportunities to improve delivery velocity Collaborating with Technical Designers to enhance delivery standards Contributing to squad sprint planning and retrospectives for continuous improvement Supporting the service catalogue approach to drive re-use and improve efficiency What you'll bring along At least 5 years of experience as an API Developer in agile teams Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Mule design and development experience with appropriate MuleSoft certifications Deep knowledge of REST APIs Understanding of enterprise integration patterns Experience with API security standards and authentication frameworks Prior experience in API development Experience in designing API specifications using RAML or Swagger Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services, databases, and JMS Java or other object-oriented development experience Experience in Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban Experience in back-end systems development Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent English communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality solutions Nice to have: Knowledge of SAFe Agile Software Engineering AWS experience What's in it for you Supportive integration and mentorship Flexible working styles: Remote, Hybrid, or Office work Various project working hours to suit your needs Sponsored certifications, training, and access to top e-learning platforms Private Health Insurance tailored for you Individual coaching sessions and access to our accredited Coaching School Engaging parties and themed events for employees and their families NTT DATA Romania is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
