Per l'ente **Quality **stiamo ricercando un professionista con esperienze e competenze specifiche da inserire come **Supplier Quality Assurance - Commodity Machining.

**Principali obiettivi ed attività**:

- Represents the interface inside the Plant of suppliers in relation to the quality of components in production

- Manages and keeps the Suppliers panel updated (Audit results, certification level company, improvement plans, Top Worst Supplier meetings, NC Reviews) included in the Commodity of its competence

- Performs system audits reviews on Suppliers in collaboration with SQE if the Supplier is in the APQP Suppliers list

- Follows the activities related to the Special Processes (monitoring and auditing) if those are present in the processes of the Suppliers included in the Commodity of its competence

- Performs dedicated process audits at the Suppliers included in the Commodity of its competence

- Collaborates with SQE for the development of the APQP Suppliers and the possible selection of new suppliers.

Participates and performs FAI (First Article Inspection) at the Supplier facilities

- Verifies, together with the Incoming Inspection Department and SQE, the approval of the initial samples

- Notifies the Supplier of the supply approval following evaluation of the documents received (PPAP)

- Manages the process of concession request to suppliers

- In case of non-compliant part (detected in Incoming Inspection or with info Quality interfaces as Project/Product/Production Quality) he contacts the supplier and ensure containment actions

- Guarantees the correct approach to Problem Solving (8D, PDCA / FTA) by the Supplier and reaction times (48 hours, 10 days, 30 days)

- Follows up, for the Commodities under its responsibility, the problems presented to the Supplier QRQC or Plant QRQC

- He accounts for any non-quality costs for subsequent management by the Purchasing / SQ Responsible

- Implements and manages the Quality Wall at Top Worst suppliers

- He issues, in collaboration with Engineering, the Minimum Quality Requirements for Commodities of its own competence

**Requisiti**:

- Technical degree or secondary school diploma

- Good knowledge of the technological product / process for which it is responsible

- Auditor qualification for supplier management (second part)

- Previous experience (at least 5 years) in the management of Supplier Quality and more generally in Quality (Product / Process / Incoming Inspection)

- Knowledge of the main quality tools: Problem solving techniques (8D Report / PDCA / 5W + 2H / Ishikawa Diagram), FMEA, PFC, Flow Chart, Work and Control Instructions

- Knowledge of English language (French is welcome)

- Knowledge of Office package
