We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Museum Guide to provide engaging and educational tours to visitors of all ages and backgrounds.

As a Museum Guide, you will play a key role in offering guests an unforgettable experience by sharing insights into the museum's collections, history, and the artistry behind the exhibits.

Your primary goal is to enhance the visitor experience by making the museum's offerings accessible, interesting, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct informative, engaging, and professional tours of the museum, highlighting key exhibits and the historical context behind them. Answer visitor questions, offering in-depth explanations of the collection and its significance. Ensure that all visitors have a positive and enriching experience during their visit, fostering a welcoming and educational environment. Monitor the exhibits to ensure they are well-maintained and provide feedback on any issues that may arise. Work closely with museum staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service. Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of Italian, English, French or Spanish (additional languages are a plus). Previous experience as a museum guide, educator, or in a customer-facing role is a plus. Strong passion for art, history, culture, and design. Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Enthusiastic, personable, and able to adapt to the interests and needs of different visitors. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during special events. Please note: This is a part-time role with a 6-month contract, with weekend availability required.
