Musketeer - Sales And Marketing Specialist - Napoli
As Musketeer you will be responsible for the delivery our business priorities within the On Premise.
You will manage and activate the best On Premise venues in your area to maximise our business partnerships.
As an On Premise Specialist you will execute our brand & volume building initiatitves whilst networking with key figures to become an integral part of your local night life scene.

- TERRITORY MANAGEMENT
Manage your schedule for efficient territory coverage, ensuring 90% of time is spent in the field calling on accounts.
Growing Red Bull in the On Premise by targetting & gaining new partner accounts.
Work consultatively with key On Premise venues to drive vertical growth.
Continuously assess geographic territory to define On Premise universe
Manage local On Premise budget
Maintain a consistent level of excellence, ensuring Red Bull's premium brand image in all activities and executions within your territory.

Engage key consumers through innovative activation that differentiates Red Bull from other drinks.
Develop relative industry relationships (djs, promoters, magazines etc) that result in business building initiatives.
- BUSINESS BUILDING INITIATIVES
Effectively negotiate Partnership Agreements to drive vertical sales.
Ensure comprehensive execution of contract terms for every account.
Routinely perform staff education to ensure brand understanding, perfect serve and encourage optimum pricing.
Leverage market knowledge and creative insights to uncover new opportunities that drive volume and profit goals.
- ADMINISTRATION
Optimization of all OP Tools (OP Knowledge Base, CRM, Warehouse, POS).
Negotiate and implement commercial partnership agreements.
Fulfilment of report deadlines.
Bottom up planning and tracking of all marketing tools.
EXPERIENCE

You already have established contacts in the night scene or gastronomy, and/or you are able to make them quickly and smoothly.
You are open, extroverted, and not afraid to approach people.
- Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is certainly an advantage.
- Flexibility and autonomy.

- Italian native language.
English language: basic knowledge.
