Responsibilities: Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: You will own responsibility for analysis of customer potential and develop optimal tour planning (routing, call cycle, coverage) accordingly, taking targets and goals for the particular distribution channel into consideration and in agreement with your manager and the National Key Account team. Being responsible for the visibility and availability of the products, you will make the RedBull brand real and tangible. You will work in close cooperation with the National Key Account Team and assume responsibility for the presence of our products and how they are displayed across corporate canteens, in-house company bars, universities, industrial sites, and hospitals. In your region, you are the reliable and knowledgeable partner for decision makers, earning 100% of the customers' trust in RedBull. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to drive mutual business and strengthen their affinity for the RedBull brand and product portfolio. Drive and expand the business by identifying opportunities and turning them into the right sales and marketing initiatives. Well networked. You already have established contacts in the hospitality industry and gastronomy, and/or you are able to make them quickly and smoothly. Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality, catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is an advantage. Flexibility and autonomy. Strong communicator with commercial acumen. You possess a strong understanding of sales processes and analytical skills (planning and negotiation). Willingness to travel 90-100%.
