The MX B2B presales is a technical pre-sales specialist who provides prospects, customers, partners, and the MX B2B sales team with in-depth domain product and solutions expertise. The role includes providing support about Samsung technologies and solutions, performing live demos, and co-organizing events and training sessions to enhance the Samsung convergence experience.

Support the Team Leader in the analysis of MX B2B sales data/forecast information and in the management of business leads.

Role and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Support MX B2B sales by providing technical assistance and insight;Assist the Team Leader in the data collection and analysis of sales data/forecast;Support MX B2B Team members in co-organizing events, live demos, and training;Source and propose engagement of third parties (e. g. , SW developers, integrators) necessary for project realization;Skills and QualificationsQualifications/Requirements:Educational Background: Master's/Bachelor's in Management/TLC/IT Engineering;Computer Knowledge: Very good MS Office skills required. Basic knowledge of MDM platform is a plus;Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken Italian & English;Others: Problem-solving skills, good teamwork, and high accuracy in performing tasks.
