Mx-Technical Product Support (Internship)
Position Summary
Support Technical Product Specialist in testing the finalized MX products for the local market (named Operators) ensuring that products meet all the needs in terms of software and technical requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contribute to finalize HHP software for the named accounted customers (O/S, pre-loaded services, bug fix), by executing field test and providing constant feedback to HQ.
- Test all the new features released with new products and services and feedback about issues and improvement areas;
- Review and finalize the technical documentation, user manuals and leaflets on the managed products.
- Verify the maintenance releases of the software of already launched products by liaising with R&D and tech. dept. of the Mobile Operators.
- Liaise with Customer Service in order to share information about faults in the managed products.
- Support the communication with the other Marketing teams and Customer Support dept. in order to share product info and training on new features and services.
- Support the logistics of technical samples used for the finalization and certification activities.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Masters / Bachelor in TLC / IT Engineering;
Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools.
Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English.
Others: Good technical skills, precision and reliability.
