Your Role As a NACORA Account Executive (m/f/d) you will be involved in the development and management of every kind of policies, and other insurance related topics, with the aim to secure our customers from any potential risks. Your Responsibilities Manage relationships with current customers, propose up-to-date insurance policies implementation and act as a first point of contact on a need basisScout and develop relationships with new customers, with the aim to expand Nacora businessPrepare and share the yearly insurance summary with the customers, in order to provide them with information about the insurance terms and conditionsCollect contractual documentation and ensure its complianceSupport the National Manager in coordinating insurance placement and proactively obtain new businessesAssist with new product launching, identifying target business, and gather competitor informationAssist in preparing specific insurance product marketing materialsAssist in facilitating and arranging regular internal global trainingAssist and provide support with the insurance booking system's operational queries and admin issuesYour Skills and Experiences Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team+5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Insurance Brokerage companiesAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and other partnersExcellent communications skills in Italian, both written and oralBusiness fluent EnglishProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteGood Reasons to Join Since 1890, Kuehne+Nagel is committed to shape the world of logistics with a strong determination to connect people and goods through innovative and sustainable logistics solutions.
