Join our Insurance Brokers Department in Milan.

Your RoleAs a NACORA Account Executive (m/f/d), you will be involved in the development and management of various policies and other insurance-related topics, with the aim to secure our customers from any potential risks.

Your ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with current customers, propose up-to-date insurance policies implementation, and act as a first point of contact on a need basis. Scout and develop relationships with new customers to expand NACORA's business. Prepare and share the yearly insurance summary with customers to provide information about the insurance terms and conditions. Collect contractual documentation and ensure its compliance. Support the National Manager in coordinating insurance placement and proactively obtain new business. Assist with new product launching, identifying target business, and gathering competitor information. Assist in preparing specific insurance product marketing materials. Assist in facilitating and arranging regular internal global training. Assist and provide support with the insurance booking system's operational queries and admin issues. Your Skills and ExperiencesSelf-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. +5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Insurance Brokerage companies. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and other partners. Excellent communication skills in Italian, both written and oral. Business fluent in English. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
