**Department Description**:
Within our Italian team we have distinct types of teams that split in sub-verticals:
- Financial services
- Energy & Utilities
- Telco & Media
- Retail, Customer Product Good & Travel Transport and Hospitality
- Manufacturing, Health and Life Science and Business Services
Within our Business Units we have 2 distinct types of teams that cover what we label as Enterprise and Territory accounts.
**Your role**:
We are currently looking for curious and driven **Named Account Executive **to align to prospects in our Enterprise team.
You will form part of a team that is highly independent, enjoys client facing interactions and has deep understanding of account planning.
You will need to be innovative, creative and always looking to drive the organisation forward.
You need to create a difference.
You are able to design a strategy, look at the bigger picture and translate this into measurable actions for your team and yourself.
**Your Impact**:
- Drive digital transformation in new and existing customers
- Learn Salesforce award winning products, platform and value proposition
- Drive and run the complete sales by excelling at both net new sales and up-selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships
- Work in partnership with our team of Business Developers, Pre-sales and Marketers for all sales leads and sales opportunities
- Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and meetings
- Leading industry events and user groups to generate market interest
- Attend industry recognised sales training programmes
- Further development of sales techniques through our Sales Academy, Boot camp and Sales Productivity teams
**Your Qualifications**:
- Track record of selling Software or Business Applications to enterprise businesses in Italy across multiple industries
- Proven sales forecasting abilities and consistent track record of revenue achievement
- Credibility at C-level and successful history of selling to CxOs
- Experience selling to any of our sector is a plus
- Successful history of net new business sales and managing complex, transformative deals
- A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
- Creativity and a team player mindset
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e. g.
extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.
)
- Fluent in English & Italian
