is looking for a position of **Naples Operations Officer **to be part of the Italian organizational structure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guarantee the management of the moorings reservation based of the requests received;

- Assure the completion of the clearances activities, from the vessels arrival to their departure, with the local Port Authority, Customs, Border Police, Pilots Corporation and Mooring Group;

- Organize services and events as excursions, marriages, parties, dinners, transfers, provisioning, bunkering, medical assistance, bank assistance, etc for the clients and guests of yachts;

- Ensure adequate assistance to crew members also to satisfy any of their needs;

- Guarantee the effective costs recover supported during clients permanent, the invoices to forward to the Administration Department for the preparation of the final disbursement account to the customer;

- Maintain relationships with the suppliers evaluating their adequacy both from a tariff point of view and their efficiency, search for new opportunities/connections with the aim to improve continuously the offered service and consequently the business growth.

**Requested Skills**:

- Excellent knowledge of the English language;

- Excellent knowledge of the region and surroundings, and of the relative artistic-cultural events;

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, Internet and company software;

- Communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;

- Relationships competences;

The work place is **Castellammare di Stabia.

Contract and remunerations** will be determined according to the profile.
