Gorgonzola hosts Navigations Air Systems (NAS) domain.

The activity of NAS domain: avionics, navigation and radar systems for civil air traffic and technologies supporting the activities of civilian and military pilots, ATC controllers and technicians of several airlines, air traffic control agencies and Air Force around the world.

Italy is the Group's Competence center for the design, production and delivery of Navigation Aids products and Competence Centre for the delivery of non-Radar Surveillance Products.

We are currently looking for a **Global Operations Head** to join us in Gorgonzola (near Milan), to help us meet the challenge of our transformation and our growth.

The Global Operations Head plays a key role making sure the delivery commitments of the segment are met and improvement and transformation plan are in place and followed.

**Main responsibilities**:

**Operations**:

- Pilot in coordination with the Finance Department, the business performance of the BS, conduct operational reviews - Put in place operational performance indicators

- In the Offer phase, supervise the estimates and guarantee the maturity of the package for the offer reviews

- Coordinate the workload plans in order to correctly size the workforce volume for offers, projects and R&D - Ensure, in coordination with Human Resources and project teams, anticipation, quality and the right level of staffing on projects

- Support project teams in the execution of programs and conduct associated operational reviews

- Coordinate the outsourcing strategy on the concerned activities

**Transformation**:

- Build and supervise the implementation of the transformation plansof the BS (secure activity transfer under going and associated knowledge & know-how acquisition plans)

- Define and implement the offshoring plan as per the transformation Business plan and secure the related offset funding

- Support the site restructuring and resulting change management measures (ways of working, engagement with employees, etc. . )

- Support Public funding requests in coordination with the country management

- M & A :Support the US integration team to realize the operational synergies and identify areas of convergence
