Join us and DARE to be entrepreneurs of beauty !PURPOSE OF THE JOBReporting to Sales & Retail Director - Italy, the National Account Manager will manage the Italian National Chains retailers to ensure the development and growth of our Brands. Job ResponsabilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES Be responsible for the National Chains retailers managing all the commercial KPIs and the business relationship. Successfully negotiate and drive the Brands' strategy and plans, aiming for the company's sell-out targets/Sell-out targets/ OP targets. Work closely with the other company departments (i. e.
Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sell-out, Merchandising, Retail) in the development of specific plans and strategies. Coordinate, together with the Field Sales manager and the sales force, the correct implementation of the trade marketing and merchandising activities within the clients. Manage a field team of In-Store Accounts. ProfilePROFILESolid commercial background dealing with relevant clients, ideally within the beauty market. Strategic and entrepreneurial, with strong analytical skills for identifying opportunities, forecasting trends, and measuring KPIs. Excellent interpersonal, team leadership and negotiation skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach. Creative and innovative mindset. Fluent in Italian and English (French is a plus)Full understanding and knowledge of the Office packageWillingness to travel frequently and thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
