National Account Manager
Role purpose:
To lead/support key VGE accounts in Italy with the main objectives of meeting financial targets and customer satisfaction.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Manage a portfolio of Vodafone Global Enterprise Customers within the Automotive/Manufacturing Industry - Drive TCV and Reveneus growth by acquiring new business and expanding Vodafone share of wallet in existing customers - Secure timely & accurate revenue & new business value forecasting - Drive account plans for major customers and the growth of all core Vodafone Services portfolio:
Mobile, Fixed, IoT Cloud and all other related services.
- Develop and establish relationships with CXO and other Key stakeholders within customer s organizations Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Proven track recordin successfully acquiring new business including solution sales within large, MNCs or Business Development capabilities - Fluent in English and Italian - Proven track record of ability to manage stakeholders in a matrixed organization - Team building and collaborative approach - Autonomy in the management of the assigned customer portfolio - Ability to work in challenging conditions and with strong target orientation Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Studies:
economics or technical preferred - Sales experience in ICT industry preferred (minimum of 5 years);
- Orientation to the sale of innovative and digital products - Experience in managing medium and large national or multi-national accounts across multiple functions and decision makers, including C-level relationships Location:
