National Account Manager-Italy Primary & Specialty Care
We are seeking a National Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Primary & Specialty Care business unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring, in compliance with the Company guidelines, the achievement of the sales objectives and availability of the products in the market through a proper management of the assigned customers at national level. Key Responsibilities:Ensures, in collaboration with the Manager, the execution of the sales and distribution of the products for the assigned customers at national level; Ensure the execution of annual and monthly sales plan (volumes, value, etc. )
according to the lines agreed with the Manager, ensuring the achievement of the objectives contained therein; Ensures the management of the Customers in line with the commercial conditions defined (volumes, discounts, returns, etc. )
and in compliance with the company guidelines; Monitor for the clients of competence, the achievement of the approved Key Performance Indicators (e. G.
:sales, gross margin, average selling price, mix of products, level of stock); Constantly monitors the sales trend and the level of achievement of the qualitative and quantitative KPIs assigned, by implementing possible corrections in case of deviations from those planned; Ensures and constantly monitors, in line with the Manager, the review of trading and pricing policies and the sales and order process; Cooperates with the Customer Service to identify the level of service for each clients ; Cooperates with the Commercial Excellence functions in order to receive and identify the right level of monthly sales based on market trends and total forecast of the P&SC BU ; Plans, executes and guarantees the monthly sales for the assigned clients based on the forecast approved by the Manager and based on the assigned KPIs ; Cooperates with the Trade & Go to Market function in identifying and implementing the promotional actions intended to the customers ; Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner; act as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams ; Ensures the preparation of the analysis to evaluate and monitor the performance of the clients, the availability of the products in the market, the level of stock defined for each clients; Guarantees the sales and order process ensuring the level of sales and availability of the products in the market based on the approved KPIs ; Is aware of the legal, ethical and corporate rules governing the activities under own responsibility, and acts in compliance with them; Proactively interacts with the Drug Safety in reporting suspected adverse reactions. Requirements:Degree in Scientific, Economic, or equivalent fields; Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office); Strong analyticalskills and deep market knowledge. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
