**YOUR ROLE**:

- Build and mantain strong relationships with customer and key stakeholders

- Set, monitor and achieve sales targets

- Manage both short and long term results

- Maximize existing business and seek for new opportunities both with existing and new customers

- Functionally lead store agents to maximize results on field

- Build and execute promotional plans for product portfolio

- Liaise with Sales, Marketing and other business support departments to set and implement strategies

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Master's Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field

- Consistent sales experience (minimum 2-3 years), FMCG preferred

- Cross functions experience preferred (marketing or trade marketing)

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills

- Negotiation abilities, GDO contracts handling

- Strong communication skills

- Availability to travel as needed

- Italian is mandatory, good level of English language
