National Account Manager - Off Trade

Position ContextThe National Account Manager Off Channel – Italian Market reports to the Customer Team Manager who in turn reports to the Sr Sales Director Off Trade. The mission of the role is managing the commercial relation with the off-trade customers for all the commercial agreements for the activities negotiation related to the development of the off-trade customers plans. Key Responsibilities & ActivitiesCollaborate with the Customer Team Manager in defining the sales budget for the off trade key customers. Participate to develop customers commercial plans, analyzing their performance and identifying growth drivers in terms of commercial priorities and actions to reach the defined objectives. Negotiate with the assigned customers the commercial agreements for the activities implementation and in defining how to execute national agreement and promotions in conjunction with the Channel and Customer Marketing department. Develop products distribution and supports the launch of new products in conjunction with Area Managers, Key Accounts Manager and Key Account Specialists. Supports them for the key customers activities implementation. Contribute to manage and monitor the trade spending according to key guidelines. Provide detailed information on sales forecasting and investment for the Off-Trade customers, manages presentation and reports elaboration. Monitor customers performance and checks the correct application of price, discount policies and agreements. Promote customer partnership initiatives in conjunction with Channel and Customer Marketing. Supports Category activities and co-marketing plans. Key RelationshipsInternal: Customer Team Manager, Sr Sales Director, Channel and Customer Marketing, Area Managers, Key Accounts Managers, Key Account Specialists, Finance & Controlling, Customer Service.
Summary of ExperienceAt least 4 years of experience in commercial functions. Strong knowledge of Italian off trade channel, organization and processes. Good experience in sales strategies and agreement processes. Good knowledge of Retailers' margin structures and pricing and promotion mechanisms. Experience in working on challenging projects with off-trade key customers. Excellent negotiation skills and strong influencing skills. Good quantitative and analytical skills, ability to interpret sales performance and market trend metrics and information. Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural context in a flexible way. Excellent relationship building skills. Self motivated individual, KPI's and target driven. Education/Professional QualificationsUniversity Degree in Economic Matters. Fluent knowledge of Italian and English.
