We are looking for a National HR Expert - Employer Branding for our Head Office in Milan.
Your Role**:The National HR Expert - Employer Branding role works within the Human Resources Function.
HR supports business growth and people needs through management of the employee life-cycle, talent development and coaching to managers on people-related topics.
Leads the Engagement & Employer Branding Department and is accountable for proposing and implementing initiatives to enhance employees' engagement, sustain cultural evolution, coordinate internal communication and improve talent attraction through employer branding.
Your Responsibilities**:
- Manage project planning and implementation of the Internal Communication plan, including internal
branding initiatives to guarantee a consistent Brand Image
- Elaborate and implement ad hoc communication plans to meet specific needs
- Manage engagement surveys set-up and delivery, monitor action plan implementation and eNPS trend
- Develop and implement CSR initiatives involving employees in agreement with Quality, Safety, Health
& Environment Department
- Promote change management activities to support cultural evolution
- Manage project planning, implementation and ROI of each activity of Employer Branding plan
- Ensure consistency between internal and external communication
- Plan and organize employee events according to company needs and event goals
- Manage tenders with suppliers
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Excellent story-telling and writing skills (in Italian and in English)
- Project Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism
- Advanced English knowledge
- Intermediate user of MS Office
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of Internal Communication and Employer Branding #spedizioni #LI-CT2
