National Key Account Manager - Horeca Channel

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales Department. The mission of the Key Account Manager is, in line with the defined local and global sales strategy, develop and implement illy's sales strategy among the key customers of the Italian opco. What will you do as a Key Account Manager:He/She proactively generate business leads among the top operators in the defined channel and follow end to end the acquisition process involving (if needed) the channel director in most relevant negotiations.
He keeps updated the leads list shared with international teamHe/She is responsible for creating and maintaining solid relationships with key customers of the company's assigned Italian channel. He/She is responsible for growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clientsHe/She develops and sustains solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company. He/She addresses and resolves key clients' complaints. He/She acts as the primary point of contact between key customers and internal business teams. He/She communicates and works with the corporate sales, marketing and logistics departments to ensure that key customer needs are met. He/She compiles account progress reports, goals and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders. He/She develops a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions. He / She negotiates contracts with key clients and adheres to deadlines set for achieving each client's goals. Your Requirements:University degree in Sales or Marketing-related field. Proven and strong Brand, Commercial and Trade marketing experience. Minimum 5 years Sales and Key Account experience in beverage, CPG, or FMCG industries. In-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the Horeca channelStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
