The National Sales Manager role offers a lot options to upgrade your career.
The job itself is an exciting mix on making hands-on business development, managing the P&L statements, CO-running our Italian branch and grow the sales team on the national level
- Plan the sales strategy, target, budget, resources & process to meet customers' needs and keep continuous growth at company's target market / product
- Drive new business sales contribution in your own right and contribute positively to the country P&L
- Maximize profitability by reviewing/linking sales source, market trends, cost allocation and company's capabilities
- Accountable for the sales team's overall performance
- Partner with Toll overseas network to increase gross profit and volume in key trade lanes
- Undertake high level business activities to maximize corporate exposure and increase brand awareness
**Qualifications**:
- Over 4 years of experience in sales along with knowledge of freight forwarding requirements, market and regulations
- Strong selling & presentation skills and solid experience in working in a diverse cultural environment
- Strategic thinking and strong networking abilities
- Good command of written and spoken Italian and English
- CW1 skills and diploma in Forwarding or Logistics would be an asset
- Team management and people development experience would be a plus
- Supportive personality and ability to provide mentoring / training
