National Sea Logistics Implementation Project Expert Milan, Italy | Frachttransport und Kundenservice | Vollzeit | ITA2139636 We are looking for a National Sea Logistics Implementation Project Expert to lead and manage the implementation of Sea Logistics solutions across Italy.

Your Role This role will involve coordinating the technical integration (EDI/API) with Customer, supporting Order Management, overseeing customer reporting while ensuring seamless business process alignment and supporting/training Sea Logistics colleagues.

Your Responsibilities Act as lead implementation to drive Customer's Sea Logistics Implementations.

Lead the EDI/API engagement process, working closely with the Center of Excellence to ensure smooth customer integration.

Collaborate with customers to understand their needs to implement the right Kuehne+Nagel solutions that drive high levels of automation.

Ensure business implementation aligns with Sea Logistics processes and integrates with the SEA 2. 0 structures.

Set up and maintain customer reporting.

Provide support for myKN solutions to ensure optimal customer experience.

Train Sea Logistics colleagues.

Your Skills and Experiences Freight forwarding knowledge and experience.

Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Be able to prove experience in Project Management and Implementation of logistics solutions.

Knowledge of EDI/API, supply chain and order management.

Knowledge of relevant Kuehne + Nagel systems would be a plus.

Strong analytical skills to identify process improvements.

Fluency in English and Italian (both verbal and written).

Fully computer literate and proficient in all necessary applications.
