Within Sustainability Climate & Nature, we are working to realize our ambition through the implementation of Tetra Pak Approach to Nature.
This approach is developed based on the results of the assessment of our impacts and dependencies on nature and contains quantitative targets and a clear set of actions to reduce our negative impacts and increase our positive impacts on nature.
The focus of the approach is on nature, in particular on biodiversity and water, but it is closely linked with our ambition on climate, circularity, social sustainability and food systems.
We are now looking for a Nature Project Lead (Data & Reporting) who will lead and coordinate Tetra Pak's nature-related monitoring and reporting.
The Nature Project Lead will report to the Vice President Climate & Nature. This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden, or Modena, Italy.
Other locations in Europe may be considered.
What you will do Coordinate the data collection and performance monitoring related to the company's nature-related impacts, dependencies, risks, and opportunities as well as targets and actions to manage them.
This relates in particular to the topic areas of biodiversity, water, and pollution.
Conduct capacity development and quality control related to data collection, performance monitoring, and reporting to relevant company functions.
Manage the analysis and synthesis of nature-related data (i. e.
data related to biodiversity, water, and pollution) to support internal decision-making and external reporting.
Lead corporate ESG reporting related to biodiversity, water, and pollution.
Provide related inputs to Tetra Pak's ESG reports, including corporate sustainability report, CSRD/ ESRS reports, CDP, and other nature-related reporting frameworks as relevant.
Keep abreast with developments related to regulations, standards, and latest best practice guidance related to nature-related data and reporting.
Contribute to internal and external communications on nature-related issues.
We believe you have Master's Degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or similar.
At least 5 years of experience with data management, analytics, and scientific writing/reporting related to nature-related data.
Experience related to analysis of corporate sustainability data, for example in consulting or corporate context.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex environmental data into clear written communication.
Good understanding of nature-related reporting standards and legal requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
