This role requires both managerial and technical skills, with a strong focus on customer service and maintaining the high quality of services provided.
Operational Management: Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the nautical center, including boat rentals, boat maintenance, and logistics. Team Management: Supervise and manage the center's staff, including instructors, technicians, and assistants, ensuring continuous training and compliance with safety regulations. Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive high-quality service, responding to requests, solving problems, and handling complaints. Administrative Management: Manage bookings, invoicing, and documentation related to the center's activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Safety and Regulations: Ensure that all operations comply with nautical safety regulations, local laws, and environmental guidelines. Promotion: Collaborate with the team to promote the nautical center. Maintenance Management: Organize and supervise the periodic maintenance of boats, equipment, and facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. YOUR SKILLSPrevious Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in the nautical sector, preferably in managerial or coordination roles. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of boats and nautical maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and solve technical problems. Managerial Skills: Experience in team management, the ability to organize and motivate staff, resource management, and activity planning. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and the team. Knowledge of Safety Regulations: Familiarity with maritime safety regulations and local and national nautical laws. Languages: Knowledge of English and/or German. Passion for the Sea: A passion for the world of nautical activities and the sea. Soft Skills: Leadership and the ability to motivate the team. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions. Customer-oriented and service-minded. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Flexibility and adaptability.
