PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As Living Quarter Specialist, you will join our Naval Department, in the business line ENCAR, conducting the following activities:ACTIVITIES:Architectural and technical specification preparation. Building services design and coordination (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety). Detailed design from Subcontractor review and follow-up. Coordination with architect/REVIT designer and structural engineer. Attendance to 3D reviews. Basic knowledge for building services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety). Classification society rules (ABS, BV and/or DNV). 3D review tool Navisworks. KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: FluentLABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contractYEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10 years +IT SKILLS: Office SuiteSOFT SKILLS:MotivationCommunicationNICE TO HAVE: International mobilityLOCATION: Milan SAIPEM office.
