AufgabenTeam Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Attend plant production meetings as well as other research analysis meetings to aid in refining productions processes. Provide support and feedback to the production team to ensure a quality product is produced on-time and to the customer's expectations.

Provide feedback to team concerning problems, solutions, and improvements. Provides support and feedback to all staff members as needed. Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to multitask throughout the work day. Must be able to maintain confidentiality in matters regarding security, personnel, and other related issues. Education RequirementsAssociate's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent work experience. 2-4 years of related experience and /or training in the NC programming of production machines preferably similar to tkre USA equipment. Proven machining and tooling knowledge and experience especially in the area of turning, drilling, threading, ceramic turning, machining and gear manufacturing. Proven understanding of machine control and posts. Understanding of cost calculation. Computer experience including ESPRIT or similar CAM software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office including Project, SAP, and machine control systems as e. g.
