We are currently looking for an Inside Technical Sales Consultant based in Bologna.

Take a look into the working day of our Inside Technical Sales Consultants:

Selling Chromatography consumables, and providing technical support, customer service and troubleshooting to our customer base

Perform all tasks related to customer service (communicating offers, processing customer orders, returns. . . )

Identifying new prospective buyers within their territory, and originating communication with customers

Arranging customer face to face and web meetings, product/training presentations and attending conferences

Handling their assigned territory as if it were their business, ensuring the territory meets sales, profit and unit goals

Developing relationships with new and existing customers

Developing business plans, market analysis and sales strategies for the assigned territory

Shall we see if your background can be a good basis for this position?

Life Science educational background, ideally Master's Degree or PhD in the field of chemistry, pharmacy, biochemistry, biology.

A strong Chromatography knowledge is required.

It would be nice if you have lab or sales experience.

Good level of English is mandatory.

Willing to work at least 3 days a week in our Office in Bologna.

Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

Very good interpersonal skills as well as listening and communication skills are very meaningful.
