Nespresso Retail Property Administrative Stage Position Snapshot Undergraduates or graduates in Economics or related fields Inclusivity: Nestlé is committed to welcoming individuals with disabilities Full-time internship (6 months), starting March-April Role Summary As a Retail Property Administrative Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Property Team at Nespresso. Nespresso is a successful omnichannel company with a wide network of boutiques throughout Italy that counts more than 75 boutiques. The property department plays a fundamental role in managing the contract portfolio of the boutiques and defining the retail strategy for new openings or network optimization. This position is designed for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. You will be immersed in the dynamic world of retail real estate, gaining valuable insights and experience in a stimulating and inclusive work environment that fosters innovation, learning, and personal growth. You will help the team to ensure the success of the goals planned and contribute to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities Real Estate Tool Management: Implement and maintain the Real Estate management tool, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting capabilities. Supplier Coordination: Establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers, handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Leasing Process Support: Assist the team in managing the leasing process by preparing essential documents, reports, and facilitating the contract signing process. Financial Reporting: Collaborate with the Property Specialist to prepare forecasts and budget reports related to rental and consulting expenses. KPI Analysis: Support the Property Specialist in analyzing Real Estate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and preparing presentations that communicate insights effectively. Strategic Project Development: Engaged in the development and coordination of analyses, presentations, and meetings that align with the approved strategic retail plan for the year, contributing to ambitious new projects in collaboration with various departments and stakeholders. Qualifications for Success A strong digital mindset with a keen interest in data management and administrative processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to facilitate data analysis and presentation creation. Fluency in both English and Italian (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. A genuine interest in the retail real estate sector, with a desire to learn and grow within this field. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, demonstrating strong prioritization skills. An organized and proactive approach, with a focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks.
