Nespresso - Trade Marketing Promotions Specialist

- Nespresso Italy, Milan HQ (Assago)

- University Degree (Economics, Marketing or similar)
- Approximately 2 years' experience in Marketing or Sales for large multinational companies (sales experience is a plus)
- Experience in project management, budget management, agency management
- Ability to work with different business disciplines (Sales, Marketing, Business Analysis)
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
**Position Summary**:
In direct report of B2C Channel Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Department in its mission to increase machine sales and foster qualitative acquisition of New Members in B2C. Overall goal is to engineer campaigns & promotional mechanics, improve customer journey and build brand & product awareness at trade level.
**A Day in the life of the Trade Marketing Promotions Specialist**:
Supports the Trade and Commercial Sales team in:
- HQ and National project management (e. g. HQ/local campaign management, acquisition tools development).
- Lead customer journey experience design & strategy development.
- Create and implement consumer promo & mechanics.
- Ensure performance analysis and action plans.
- Create and test new economic models to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of acquisition campaigns.
- Act as customer advocate and manage stakeholders. Provide feedback to cross functional team maintaining the customer centricity.
- Guide promotion in-store visibility in collaboration with Business Analysis & Sell-Out Sales Force and improve consumer understanding.
- Diligently manage assigned budget in line with Nespresso guidelines and principles.
