- Minimum 6 years' experience in digital roles
- Solid experience in **eCommerce channel management**, including direct to consumer website, click mortar/eRetailes and Amazon
- Strong experience in **Media activation** for upper and lower funnel campaign (capabilities with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta, Google Data Studio, Amazon, retargeting platforms, affiliation and PPC)
- Strong Digital/eCommerce expertise
- Approximately 2 years **people management experience** is required
- Reporting line: Head of Marketing & eBusiness
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
**Position Summary
Within Nestlé Health Science Italian team, we are looking for a leader who will manage the eCommerce and Digital team. A person with strong analytical and communication skills, will proactive and closely collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams. The person will be responsible to manage the strategy for NHSc eCommerce ecosystem to ensure sustainable growth and contribute to accelerate digital transformation achieving results through all stages of funnel. The eCommerce and Digital leader will be also responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing data to derive compelling insights that drive online brand strategy.
**A Day in the Life of the eCommerce and Digital manager**:
- Leading eCommerce ecosystem to drive sustainable growth: Direct to Consumer, eRetailer and Amazon.
- Being responsible of eCommerce sales result, in short and long period in coordination with sales team.
- Definition and implementation of digital marketing budget to ensure success of the strategy.
- Definition of annual promotional strategy on Direct to Consumer and monthly implementation analyzing result and based on category priorities.
- Definition and implementation of joint business plan with eRetailer and seeking for new opportunities.
- Build and implement sustainable model for Amazon for different product categories in Nestlé Health Science portfolio.
- Coordinate with marketing team the digital media strategy to ensure full funnel successful approach in customer journey (B2B and B2C).
- Leading CRM strategies, both B2b and b2C, to engage and retain our customer base and reach new target.
- Building and maintain strong relationship with external partners and agencies.
- Coach and develop a team of 2 people.

- Depth Search understanding (SEA/SEO/Voice Search)
- Solid Experience with CRM campaigns for B2B and B2C (Salesforce and Klaviyo)
- Deep understanding of digital environment and user experience optimization (mobile, UX, usability, funnel, retention strategy)
- Strong analytical approach and results-driven mindset
- Strong Experience working in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong negotiation skill to influence eCommerce customer.
