For our office in Milan we are looking for Network Specialist! ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with department heads and IT staff to create and implement network solutionsEnsure the stability and integrity of internal voice, data, video and wireless network servicesManage local networks (Campus LAN and WLAN) throughout the organizationCreate and maintain network configuration, network inventory, network mapping (processes and services) documentationDefine disaster-recovery and backup operations of network equipmentPerform troubleshooting activities on Level 2 and Level 3 equipmentMonitor network performance to decide whether changes are necessaryPlan, install and test network devicesREQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotic Engineering or Management Engineering.

The following technical skills are also required:

Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of LAN, WLAN, firewall, router, and switch networking systemsAdvanced knowledge of Enterprise network architectures and servicesAdvanced knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite including IP, VRRP, 802. 1q, STP, OSPF, DHCP and DNSAdvanced knowledge of hardware and network infrastructure (legacy, virtualized, cloud)Ability in implementing system configurations, documenting and managing the installation of a new network, and keeping existing systems updated as neededExperience in analyzing and identifying network problems and providing solutions to ensure that they operate effectivelyExperience in writing instruction manuals to help employees use the network and solve common problemsAdvanced knowledge on issues related to network securityExperience configuring firewalls, routers, and switchesCertifications: Certifications in Networking or Network SecurityNice to have: Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE4)OTHER REQUIREMENTS Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challengesStrong propensity for innovationExcellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of EnglishExcellent communication skills and teamworkWHAT WE OFFER Career opportunities: in Net Reply you will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment, where you can grow and highlight your skills.
