Netsuite Erp Specialist - Maternity Leave Contract
The NetSuite ERP Specialist will be primarily responsible for maintaining and supporting the Business on NetSuite ERP applications.
This role is key as a business analyst and consultant in ongoing project implementation in Europe, working closely with regional IT and the H&H Group Business application team.
The NetSuite ERP Specialist will be expected to collaborate closely with the EU Operation & Finance team to support the NetSuite application in their Business-as-usual activities, serving as the first level of support.
They will also act as a bridge between the EU region and the H&H Group application team.
Requirements 5+ years' experience as a systems business analyst in the Wholesale, Consumer Goods, or Cosmetics industry with a good technical understanding. Successfully collaborate on end-to-end full lifecycle NetSuite ERP Projects. Strong NetSuite ERP consulting capabilities and proven experience in delivering complex projects. Experience working with various business applications (ERP, CRM, 3PL, 4PL) and providing second level application support when required. Demonstrable knowledge of business processes and solutions relating to Supply Chain & Finance business. Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory). Skills and Qualifications Advanced understanding of fully integrated NetSuite ERP business platforms. Ability to analyze business processes using process mapping and develop user stories. Ability to collaborate on several ERP projects simultaneously and assess priorities. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision. Ability to work autonomously, while collaboratively achieving shared goals. Clear, concise, high-quality written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work within tight timeframes. Ability to provide high-level service and follow through. Maintain strong relationships and partnerships with relevant stakeholders. Demonstrate analytical insights, attention to detail, and solution design. Willingness to work hard and smart in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment. Ability to communicate with senior leadership. Preferred Experience with implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP and/or Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365/CRM. Experience with 3PL/4PL and CRM integration. Qualifications and certification in Oracle (NetSuite Certification ERP consultant, Financial User, SuiteFoundation). Main Responsibilities Support Business and lead process areas in ERP and new systems implementation for the European region. Lead the analysis of each business unit process to define requirements, create reports, and documentation. Provide a consultative approach and listen to requirements to deliver solutions. Work with the team in developing technical specification documents required for various integration projects within the H&H ecosystem. Work on the integration of systems within the H&H ecosystem, including integration with third-party applications and teams. Create various business documents including but not limited to impact assessments, ROI, process maps, handover to support, and work instructions. Assist in developing and coordinating testing activities for business projects. Operate in a team environment, contributing to delivery, problem-solving, and an outstanding creative team culture that supports fast and competitive solutions for the market. Provide first-class and front-line support for daily challenges and questions from team members. Be flexible to work across time zones and adjust working times as required to suit businesses in different geographies. Relationships Internal: Work closely with EU IT team, EU business users, and EU Head of departments, as well as with HH Global and regional IT teams. External: Application vendors, local suppliers. KPI's Innovative suggestions and contributions to business optimization. Ensure requirements are gathered in time to be delivered according to project and cadence release plans. Completeness of requirements, measured by the level of post-implementation enhancements. Estimations of work effort. Quality of changes implemented, without business disruption. Contribution to group ERP and CRM systems. Role Type: Temporary (Maternity Leave Coverage). Contract Start Date: 1 May 2025.
