It currently employs 200+ people across three continents. Role and ResponsibilitiesThe role will see the successful candidate join the IT team as a NetSuite administrator.
The candidate will report to the NetSuite Team Manager and will work both alone and as part of a project team. The role will require the user to maintain, develop and support automations and integrations within the NetSuite ERP system and associated integration platforms. Daily activities will include:Design, build, test and deploy customizations in NetSuite, leveraging SuiteScript, Workflows Custom RecordsLead the implementation and support of system integrations to/from NetSuiteTroubleshoot and resolve process, application and functional issuesTechnical general user support and training, liaising with multiple departmentsGeneral NetSuite administration BAU dutiesRequirements:More than 3 years of experience on NetSuite at an administrator level (OneWorld preferred)Experience working in technical helpdesk or support rolesComfortable working with SuiteScript to resolve business issues improve processesIntegration experience (REST, SOAP), iPaaS (e. g.
Celigo/Boomi) experience a plusMaintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integrationFully confident supporting all aspects of O2C, P2P and R2RExperience working with data import processes and migrationComfort in creating and testing processes, documentation development and end user trainingFluent in English and Italian is mandatory. Preferred SkillsDetail oriented and curious; able to self-motivate, organise and prioritiseAble to balance technical skills with business knowledge to transform user needs into functional and technical requirementsExcellent verbal and written skills; able to communicate with users at all business levelsWhat we OfferType of contract: Permanent contract in accordance with the CCNL applied in the company (Terziario-Confcommercio). Salary: to be determined according to the candidate's experience. Daily meal vouchers valued at 8 euros for each day worked. Possibility of Smart Working.
