**Role and Responsabilities
The role will require the user to maintain, develop and support automations and integrations within the NetSuite ERP system and associated integration platforms.
**Daily activities will include**:
- Design, build, test and deploy customizations in NetSuite, leveraging SuiteScript, Workflows & Custom Records
- Lead the implementation and support of system integrations to/from NetSuite
- Technical & general user support and training, liaising with multiple departments
- General NetSuite administration & BAU duties
**Requirements**:
- More than 3 years of experience on NetSuite at an administrator level (OneWorld preferred)
- Experience working in technical helpdesk or support roles
- Comfortable working with SuiteScript to resolve business issues & improve processes
- Integration experience (REST, SOAP), iPaaS (e. g.
Celigo/Boomi) experience a plus
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customisation and integration
- Fully confident supporting all aspects of O2C, P2P and R2R
- Experience working with data import processes and migration
- Comfort in creating and testing processes, documentation development and end user training
- Fluent in English and Italian is mandatory.

- Detail oriented and curious; able to self-motivate, organise and prioritise
- Able to balance technical skills with business knowledge to transform user needs into functional and technical requirements
- Excellent verbal and written skills; able to communicate with users at all business levels
**What we Offer
Type of contract: Permanent contract in accordance with the CCNL applied in the company (Terziario-Confcommercio).
Daily meal vouchers valued at 8 euros for each day worked.
