The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining network performance by building & changing net configurations and connections, troubleshooting L1 & L2 network incidents & problems.

Key Responsibilities:Perform maintenance, upgrade, configuration of various networking devices. Provide support in external connection documentation. Create and update internal low-level and high-level network infrastructure documents including diagrams. Update network-related Disaster Recovery procedures. Secure network system by enforcing ING policies and standards. Maximize network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network and enterprise architects on network optimization. Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information. Any other duties as assigned by management. Rotate on-call availability (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM including weekends and bank holidays). Requirements:University degree. +5 years' experience in the same role/position in an international and complex environment. Cisco CCNA certification / CCNP nice to have. Experience gained within the financial industry is a plus. Experience on Cisco Systems complex switching (Catalyst and Nexus) and routing environments, Checkpoint firewalls, Palo Alto firewalls, F5 complex load balancing/SSL/VPN solutions, Blue Coat proxy solutions, Cisco Systems ISE, Linux-based OS security appliance administration, Paessler PRTG / Nagios. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Other Skills:Passion for technology and to expand the knowledge area. Result-oriented. Problem solver. Able to act independently. Team player.
