The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining network performance by building & changing net configurations and connections, troubleshooting L1 & L2 network incidents & problems.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform maintenance, upgrade, configuration of various networking devices.

Provide support in External connection documentation.

Create and update internal low level and high-level network infrastructure documents including diagrams.

Update network related Disaster Recovery procedures.

Secure network system by enforcing ING policies and standards.

Maximize network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network and enterprise architects on network optimization.

Report network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information.

Any other duties as assigned by management.

Rotate On-call availability (8. 00 PM to 8. 00 AM including weekends and bank holidays).

Requirements - University degree.

- +5 years' experience in the same role/position in an international and complex environment.

- Cisco CCNA certification / CCNP nice to have.

- Experience gained within financial industry is a plus.

- Experience on Cisco Systems complex switching (Catalyst and Nexus) and routing environments, Checkpoint firewalls, Palo Alto firewalls, F5 complex load balancing/SSL/VPN solutions, Blue Coat proxy solutions, Cisco Systems ISE, Linux based OS security appliance administration, Paessler PRTG / Nagios.
