- **Network Administrator** to join our ICT team in Induno Olona (VA).

**General Key Responsibilities**:

- oversee our organization's computer systems or network infrastructure to ensure proper maintenance and security

- work with other IT staff and company employees to identify network or computer system needs, oversee the installation of new HW or SW and use employee feedback to isolate issues.

- assist in designing, developing, reviewing, auditing Industrial security programs, policies and plan.

Provide guidance to improve the protection of the Operational Technology (OT) in our Factories from cyber threats

- implement new solutions coordinating internal and external resources as project manager

**Network

**design, implementation and Maintenance Responsabilities**:

- maintain computer networks and systems including SW, servers, DB, VPNs, data lines, routers and other physical HW;

- installing and configuring network equipment; updating virus protection SW to keep data and communications protected;

- monitoring computer systems to improve network performance;

- fixing SW and HW configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems

**IT Responsibilities

- develope, execute and track the performance of security measures to protect information, network infrastructure and computer systems

- design computer security strategy and engineer comprehensive of cybersecurity architecture.

- identify, define and document system security requirements and recommend solutions to management

- configure, troubleshoot and maintain security infrastructure SW and HW

- install SW that monitors systems and networks for security breaches and intrusions

- monitor systems for irregular behavior and set up preventive measures

- plan, develop, implement and update company's information security strategy

- educate and train staff on information system security best practices

**OT Responsibilities**:

- plan, design, and implement, OT security protection solutions

- assist Engineering staff in development and maintenance of OT System Security Plans (SSPs)

- perform engineering, design, and implementation of OT security solutions and products, including architecture reviews, vendor engagement, product evaluation, implementation, configuration, and testing

- provide engineering support, product management, lifecycle management, and solution architecture for OT security capabilities such as network security, threat and anomaly detection, vulnerability management, endpoint detection and response

- review administrative, technical, and physical security controls and provide recommendations to mitigate identified security risks

- create detailed documentation including diagrams, procedures, and plans (e. g. , Solution Architectures)

- participate in OT security incident investigations

**Profile

**_Education_***: Master Degree in Computer Engineering

**_Professional Background:_

A minimum of 5/6 years experience in a similar position, in a consulting company or in an operating/manufacturing company (with a factory) Knowledge of the most common computer networks and protocols

**_Personality_***:

Curious, determined, with entrepreneurial spirit, leadership and ambition to learn and to growth in the company, good skills of relationship, with a positive and proactive approach.
