**You are responsible for
- Interact with customers (hospitals) to establish remote connection between hospital and Philips through VPN to manage hospital devices remotely (updates, log analysis, maintenance activities)
- Support company sales and/or service representatives in pre-sales or post-sales service functions
- Data analysis tasks: create reports related to Service Customer Performance on request of internal customers
- Led the analysis of a data set increase in efficiency for the company.
- Create dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or Qlik to help senior management make key decisions about the direction of the company.
- Work with team to develop new method for analyzing data which led to reach goal and KPI.
- Gather requirements from various departments and data source within the company and create a custom database to track performance.
**You are a part of
Italy, Israel & Greece (IIG) Service & Solution delivery team.
Services and Solutions Delivery creates differentiated services and delivers outcome-based solutions that are critical to our customers' continuous success.
Services and Solution Delivery is a globally distributed organization with a team of over 14, 000 colleagues.
This team includes a wide variety of roles, from field service engineers who fix equipment and advise customers on the use of our products, to consultants who support hospital transformations, to phone-based customer support specialists, to education associates who provide clinical insight to customers, and office-based employees who support service operations.
**To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Preferably graduated from IT-focused track in high school and graduated with university degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar
- IT Networking knowledge: knowledge of ISO-OSI Layer, DICOM Protocol, Internet Protocol, TCP/IP Knowledge
- Data Analyst skills - knowledge of at least Excel, Power BI, Qlik
- Customer-oriented, proactive attitude
- Fluent in Italian, at least communicative English language skills
