The Area Manager Road Side Assistance supports the Network Management structure within the Operation area and RSA & Mobility Lob, focusing on the search, selection, and development of providers.

This role is pivotal in identifying and establishing the necessary network to deliver roadside assistance services.

The Area Manager collaborates with other business functions to analyze and achieve the objectives of the business line.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with contracted companies & workshops, developing a robust network of roadside assistance providers.

You will conduct market research to identify potential providers, negotiate complex contracts and ensure high-performance standards are maintained.

You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to align network capabilities with business goals and contribute to the realization of service objectives.

Your role involves analyzing data using advanced Excel functions to continuously improve network efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that the services provided meet Allianz's high standards.

You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

What you bring You hold a degree in Economics or a related field.

You have experience in managing contracted workshops and roadside assistance networks.

You possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, enabling you to build and maintain effective provider relationships.

You are proficient in managing complex negotiations and can handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.

You have strong analytical skills, particularly in using MS Excel for advanced calculations and statistical analysis.

You are a team player with excellent planning and organizational capabilities.

Proficiency in English and a service-oriented mindset are essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience in the insurance or roadside assistance industry and familiarity with network management systems and databases.
