Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for a **Network Development Support **to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Franchise and Business Development.
You will be responsible to to establish, maintain and develop a global high performance retail and wholesales organisation to deliver Lamborghini ownership experience and to achieve commercial objectives.
Your main activities will be:
- Franchise and distribution strategy & systems
- Location strategy (desired geographical coverage, dealers plans)
- Analysis of Network KPIs (i. e.
benchmark vs competitors, Franchise Concentration Index, Multi Brand combination, Sales Organization structure (direct vs National Sales Company Markets))
- New Market support for preparation for internal and external stakeholders
- Dealer Business Partner assessment, selection, recruitment, and termination together with Regions/Area Managers
- Prospectus creation and management
- Partner assessment - Legal, corporate, financial, facility, organization & people
- Appointment and implementation monitoring
- Recovery & termination of underperforming dealers
- Retail Data Management (RDM) project update
- Dealer side Letters for Dealer Operating Standards (DOS) requirement preparation support
- Dealer IN - OUT communication support
- Pre Owned business support (i. e.
Quarterly Sales and Inventory update, . . )
**About you
- University Degree in Law, Engineering or Economics
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in Retail Distribution
- Knowledge of Automotive field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Fluent in English, German will be considered a plus
- Team working
- Prioritization and Time management
- Good relation skills
- Ability to work by objectives
- Availability to travel
