Location: Fully remote, Central Europe Time Zone Languages: English is mandatory Duties and Responsibilities: Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for efficient network management, utilizing Python (Netmiko), Ansible, Bash/Shell, and other relevant technologies. Administration: Design, implement, and manage secure and reliable LAN, WAN, and VoIP infrastructures. Configure and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, voice gateways, and monitoring tools. Deployment: Conduct final testing and deployment of LAN/WAN and VoIP solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for deployed solutions. Oversee Data Center design, project management, and implementation, adhering to PRINCE2 methodology. Operational Support: Provide Tier 2 support, including request fulfillment, incident resolution, problem resolution, and preventive maintenance for VoIP services, Data Center LAN, and WAN environments. Key Skills and Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols. Experience with network automation tools and scripting languages (Python, Ansible, Bash/Shell). Hands-on experience with network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers). Knowledge of VoIP technologies and protocols. Familiarity with Data Center design and management. Project management experience, preferably with PRINCE2 methodology.
