Network Engineer – Enterprise Networking (Milan, Italy)This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Network Engineer to advance their career as a key member of a dynamic and fast-paced sales team.

You will be responsible for pre-sales and partner enablement within the Milan region, in alignment with the company's corporate objectives.

This includes supporting VARs, System Integrators, and commercial end users.

This is a customer-facing technical account management role that requires a broad range of skills and experience. Our Enterprise Networking business unit is primarily a channel-focused organization, working with a wide network of resellers and partners across Milan and surrounding areas.

Our partners range from long-standing collaborators to new strategic accounts that require technical onboarding and support. Key Responsibilities:Partner acquisition and enablement through onsite support, training, and educationPre-sales support from both a technical and commercial standpointTechnical project management and consulting for enterprise networking projectsDeveloping technical solutions and concepts for VAR partners and commercial end usersRepresenting the company at trade shows, conferences, and partner eventsManaging and supporting customer product evaluations and demonstrationsAssisting the marketing team in product and solution positioningMaintaining regular communication with Product Line Managers to discuss market trends, customer requirements, and feature requestsExperience / Skills / Competencies:5+ years of experience in the networking industry, with a degree (or equivalent experience) in a scientific or engineering fieldExpertise in Enterprise LAN, WAN, and wireless networkingExcellent team player with interpersonal skills to build positive relationships across the organizationBackground in sales systems engineering, ideally from a network hardware vendor, distributor, integrator, or telecom service providerRelevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or CWDP/CWNA are a plus
