Location: Fully remote, Central Europe Time ZoneLanguages: English is mandatoryDuties and Responsibilities:Automation:Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for efficient network management, utilizing Python (Netmiko), Ansible, Bash/Shell, and other relevant technologies. Administration:Design, implement, and manage secure and reliable LAN, WAN, and VoIP infrastructures. Configure and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, voice gateways, and monitoring tools. Deployment:Conduct final testing and deployment of LAN/WAN and VoIP solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for deployed solutions. Oversee Data Center design, project management, and implementation, adhering to PRINCE2 methodology. Operational Support:Provide Tier 2 support, including request fulfillment, incident resolution, problem resolution, and preventive maintenance for VoIP services, Data Center LAN, and WAN environments. Key Skills and Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols. Experience with network automation tools and scripting languages (Python, Ansible, Bash/Shell). Hands-on experience with network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers). Knowledge of VoIP technologies and protocols. Familiarity with Data Center design and management. Project management experience, preferably with PRINCE2 methodology. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and documentation skills.
