Overview of the role and main focus**:

Inside Vodafone Network Operations be responsible to do the gap analysis of Government security decrees producing remediations plan where needed and doing the governance of implementation plan, manage internal and external auditing activities attending interviews with the Auditors and collecting required evidences, do the governance of Cyber Security related activities ensuring the compliancy with the Security policies, manage OSS development over all Network Operations teams

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage audit activities requested by Internal or external Auditors, analysing the technical information required, doing gap analysis in case of not compliancy with the requirements, supporting Network Operations teams in the evidence collection, defining remediations plan where needed, attending the Auditor's interviews in order to explain process in places, collecting evidences to be shared to the Auditor.

- Manage security decrees issued by italian Government, analysing the technical requirements listed in the decree in order to understand which ones Vodafone is compliant with and where instead there is a gap to be remediated, defining the remediation plan together with the involved teams, preparing documentation to be sent to Government Ministry, presenting analysis report to the Vodafone management.

- Collect and analyse development requirements over OSS area coming from all the Network Operations teams, define a preliminary prioritization among the requirements, share the list with Engineering OSS referent, organize technical meeting with Operations and Engineering teams in order to clarify technical details, obtain from Engineering a commercial evaluation in order to finalize the requirements list, following the implementation plans.

- Manage Cyber Security related activities, analysing vulnerabilities, hardening and patching reports, doing the governance of technical activities to be done in order to implement the remediations, producing periodical reports to be presented to Management.

- Support the tender process defining list of technical requirements and maintenance services, evaluating Vendor answers, providing the related technical score, attending the technical meeting with Vendors and other Vodafone teams, supporting SCM team during the negotiation phase.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Strong ability in Project Management and Activity Governance.

- Strong ability in technical requirements analysis and gap remediation planning.

- Knowledge of main software and hardware maintenance services required in Network Operations areas

- Ability to interact with different Vodafone teams, organizing and leading meetings with them.

- Ability to build detailed and clear reports and present them to the Management.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- University degree or higher education

- At least 5 years' experience in Technology organizations.

- Proactivity and capacity to manage own activities independently.

- Ability to collaborate in virtual and international teams

- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills

- Fluent in English with ability to communicate at all levels
