Role PurposeInside Vodafone Network Operations be responsible to support delivery of new projects acting as Single Point of Contact for all the Engineering teams and coordination point for all the Operations teams, do information retrieve and gap analysis for assessment requests and auditing activities, do the governance of Cyber Security related activities over all VF-IT Network Operations ensuring the compliancy with the Security policies. Key responsibilities

- Support and facilitate the delivery of new projects involving and coordinating all the needed stakeholders, organizing periodic meetings, monitoring project progress, rising escalation where needed, presenting periodic project update report to the Management.

Support the tender process defining list of technical requirements and maintenance services, evaluating Vendor answers, providing the related technical score, participating to the technical meeting with Vendors and other Vodafone teams, supporting SCM team during the negotiation phase.

Manage Cyber Security related activities:

analyse vulnerabilities, hardening and patching reports, do the governance of related processes, produce periodical reports to be presented to Management.

Manage assessment activities requested for example by internal teams or external auditors, analysing process in place, retrieving the information needed, doing gap analysis and remediations plan, collecting evidences to be shared.

Organize and lead periodical meeting with VF Engineering teams in order to have visibility of new projects/tenders.

Analyse architectural design documents producedby Engineering teams for new products, evaluating them in relation to resiliency aspects, network connectivity, backup/restore features and reporting any error/lack. Core competencies, knowledge and experience

- University degree or higher education

- At least 5 years' experience in Technology organizations.

Proactivity and capacity to manage own activities independently.

Ability to collaborate in virtual and international teams

- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills

- Fluent in English with ability to communicate at all levels.

- Certification in Cisco environment would be a plusKey performance indicators

- Projects delivered according with the plan and without lack in technical and maintenance needs.

Cyber Security activities closed according with the related policies.
